Trillium bis

“encore” in the French language. The newly remodeled restaurant
represents both a conceptual and physical revision of the
Trillium as it enters into the 20th season. Dining centers
on allowing the quality and taste of each component of a

and feature daily-caught seafood, farm raised meats and
