Everglades BBQ and Seafood

Route 9, Wilton, 580-9631. Casual, fun atmosphere, serving Florida-style barbecue and seafood. Baby-back ribs, smoked chicken and spare ribs slowly cooked over an open pit. Fresh selections of seafood including salmon and haddock, as well as daily specials. Appetizers include coconut shrimp, fried gator and conch, wings, and homemade key lime pie for dessert.
