The restaurant offers a tasting menu of 10 to 15 courses of whatever’s freshest that day, for a fixed price (which, like the menu, changes daily). The fall menu is likely to offer treats such as house-cured duck-breast prosciutto and homemade cheeses—and there are theme menus such as potato and truffle tastings.
