The Arlington House

Bing’s Restaurant

46 W. Market Street, Rhinebeck, 876-5551. Rhinebeck’s newest fine-dining addition is actually two restaurants: the Amazon bar, with casual dining daily from 11:30-10, and Bing’s itself (hours below), which offers an eclectic menu and superior service in a lovingly restored 19th-century farmhouse. Nicole’s Bistro at the Quackenbush House
