The Basement Bistro

The restaurant offers a tasting menu of 10 to 15 courses of whatever’s freshest that day, for a fixed price (which, like the menu, changes daily). Past menus have included pastrami salmon potato napoleons and spring sorrel salad direct from the garden—and there are theme menus such as potato and truffle tastings.
