CZECH

Little Czechoslovakia

437 Geyser Road, Ballston Spa, 885-2711. A restaurant for the adventurous diner who’s interested in trying a cuisine that you’re not going to find at any other place in the Capital Region. The mainstay is Czechoslovakian fare, but offerings from such places as Hungary, Austria and Poland can also be found on the menu. No alcohol, but you can bring your own.
