DiCarlo’s, 1165 Central Avenue, Colonie, 459-8440. Albany’s long-running strip club offers very good, economical lunches including burgers, wraps, traditional sandwiches and salads, and even a few thoughtful entrées. Serving 11:30-8 Mon-Fri. AE, MC, V.

Adirondack Seafood Co., 115 River St., Hudson Falls, 745-5845. Fresh, delivered-daily seafood forms the basis of the simple, delicious menu offered at this Main-style restaurant. They’ll dust the catch of the day with cornflour and fry it for you, and you’ll sail to seafood heaven. Serving 11-2 Mon, 11-8 Tue-Thu, 11-9 Fri-Sat. D, MC, V.
