Naeem Yousuf has moved his Colonie Center food-court operation to an accommodating building where he’s offering Afghan kebabs in addition to traditional Indian-Pakistani fare. Serving lunch (buffet) Tue-Fri 11:30-3, Sat-Sun noon-3, dinner Mon 5-10, Tue-Sun 5-10:30. AE, D, MC, V.

Casa Oaxaca, 54 Philip St. (at Madison Avenue), Albany, 433-7240. An inexpensive menu of Southern Mexican fare with bold flavors. Try the mole chicken. Serving Tue-Fri 11-8, Sat-Sun 4-8. AE, MC, V.

Bloomers: An American Bistro, 2853 Route 9, Malta, 584-4484. An eclectic menu in the excellent hands of chef Mark Lawrence, accessibly priced and served in a former silver diner. Serving dinner Tue-Thu 5-9, Fri-Sat 5-10. AE, D, MC, V.
