Just My Luck

Most of us have found ourselves into trouble as a result of stray kisses. Usually, however, the trouble involves concrete matters of health, like contracting mono, or jealousy, like pissing off a significant other. Poor Lindsay Lohan however, in her new romantic comedy Just My Luck, has a more metaphysical problem: She kisses away her luck. In the course of one wild evening, Lohan plants wet ones on four guys·and one of them steals her luck. Formerly a golden girl for whom nothing would go wrong, she finds herself painfully unlucky. (Insert joke about the picture being autobiographical here.) So, of course, she must track down the luck-sucker, kiss him again and retrieve her good luck.

Just My Luck was directed by Donald Petrie for 20th Century Fox, and costars Chris Pine, Missy Pyle and McFly. It opens in cinemas everywhere tomorrow (Friday, May 12).
